While it was a popular procedure in the acting world, CGI and VGX have made it easier for filmmakers to alter things. But talking about Hollywood’s usage of this procedure, people thought that Dwayne Johnson might be one of the few to have done this in real-life. Especially given his drastic change in looks from his WWE days.

But while it may be the product of him growing older, some seriously believed he had a prosthetic forehead. This rumor was started by his best friend, Kevin Hart. On an Instagram live, where Hart was drinking his tea, Johnson popped up in the comments. To tease his friend, he commented on the live chat, “I PI*** IN THAT TEA YOU’RE DRINKING!”

This made Hart chuckle, and he warned Johnson to leave the chat, but he didn’t do it, so Hart made a comeback with a snide comment. He said, “Dwayne’s forehead isn’t real, it’s prosthetic. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has a prosthetic forehead.” And that is where the rumor started and people started talking about his forehead.

Being a man who constantly works in the gym, there are many times he must have hit his face. One such time was when The Rock cut himself and blood was dripping from his head. The ‘Rock’ took to Instagram and in the caption, he mentioned that Iron Paradise, his personal gym, gets extremely intense sometimes.

One of the things that Johnson got a lot of praise from the public was his admission of his plastic surgery. During his WWE career, The Rock had insecurity about the extra fat on his chest. So the first chance that he got after leaving the WWE schedule, he went through with the procedure. There is a significant change in his photos from back then and now. Now, Johnson is also more confident about his body as well.

Even in this day and age, it is risky to reveal to the public about records of plastic surgery as a celebrity. But Johnson, going through with it and spreading awareness about it, must have decreased the stigma surrounding the procedure.
