“Disrespect to the World Heavyweight Championship”: Dejected Fans Up in Arms as Seth Rollins Gets Outrageously Snubbed by WWE for Logan Paul Ahead of SummerSlam 2023

With SummerSlam less than two weeks away, the WWE Universe is excited about the exciting matches that have been advertised for the event. The premium live event will emanate from the Motor City, Detroit, at Ford Field. WWE recently released the official poster for the event, which sparked outrage among fans. The fact that WWE favored Logan Paul over Seth Rollins did not sit well with the fans. 

While it makes sense that Roman Reigns and Jey Uso are the main faces on the posters due to their ongoing storylines, Seth Rollins, the top champion of the flagship show, Raw, deserved to be featured as well. However, that wasn’t the case.

Logan Paul is better positioned for SummerSlam than Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins has been on a roll since he captured the World Heavyweight Championship at Night of Champions. The Visionary has since been a fighting champion. In fact, the workhorse Champion defended his title at NXT against Bron Breakker ahead of Money in the Bank. However, fans are disappointed to learn that Logan Paul is better positioned than Seth Rollins after the reveal of SummerSlam’s official poster. 

The official poster features Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Cody Rhodes, Brock Lesnar, Asuka, Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, and Logan Paul. While Seth Rollins’ match holds more significance than Logan Paul’s, WWE has seemingly featured Paul on the poster due to his star power. The social media sensation is gearing up to face Ricochet at SummerSlam.

His feud with The One and Only started during their encounter in the Money in the Bank match. On the other hand, Seth Rollins is set to take on Finn Balor in a grudge match. For weeks, Balor has been attacking Rollins to get his rematch. On last week’s edition of Raw, Balor sneak attacked Rollins during a backstage interview. But Rollins retaliated against the attack later in the show.

All in all, SummerSlam is expected to set new records with its exciting match card. Meanwhile, fans took to Instagram to revolt against the official poster of SummerSlam.

Let’s call a spade a spade and admit that Seth Rollins is a way bigger star than Logan Paul in WWE. However, Logan Paul’s athleticism between the ropes cannot be impugned. Despite being a loathed superstar, Paul is unquestionably a very talented performer. 

In his third outing since his debut, he faced off against Roman Reigns for the top Championships and took the Tribal Chief to the limit. No matter how natural he is in the ring, by the looks of things, Paul is going to have to spend years earning respect from the ruthless wrestling fans. Here are a few reactions from fans criticizing Logan Paul for being featured on the poster. 

• “Where Seth Rollins at? Dudes the world heavyweight champion and ya’ll don’t give the guy enough appreciation.”
• “You could’ve at least included Seth laughing in a car”
• “What the hell is logan paul doing there”

At this point, the damage is done, as some fans voiced their displeasure about the official poster. We will have to wait and see if Logan Paul steals the show at SummerSlam.
