A new report by Haus Of Wrestling indicates that WWE wants to teach AEW a lesson as they have stacked their NXT card with the likes of Cody Rhodes and John Cena slated to appear. However, Tony Khan isn’t shying away from the competition as evidenced by his latest post on X.
AEW’s owner Tony Khan tweeted on October 10 a picture with a message supposedly for Triple H and Shawn Michaels. Tony Khan’s tweet read, “I have a message for them: See you TONIGHT at a special Tuesday Night #AEWDynamite: Title Fight Tuesday. At 8 pm ET/7 pm CT on @TBSNetwork. At least the first 30 Minutes Are Commercial-Free, + a big overrun TONIGHT!” The picture had a special message that read, “Bald A**hole”

This isn’t the only recent dig he has taken at WWE, with him hitting out at Vince McMahon’s “alleged misdeeds” last night when he promoted AEW Dynamite.
AEW Dynamite will be broadcast on Tuesday on TBS Network, while WWE’s NXT will be on USA Network. Both the shows appear at the same time on television, thus clashing with each other. To boost the TV ratings and viewership, Tony Khan tweeted about the show from his official X account.
To promote the show, he also declared that the first 30 minutes of the show would be ad-free along with two title defenses on the show. Tony Khan’s tweet comes in as a last-ditch attempt at promoting the Dynamite show against a star-studded NXT episode WWE is putting forth this week.
AEW has put up former WWE stars like Bryan Danielson, Adam Copeland, Christian Cage, Saraya, Jon Moxley, and Chris Jericho for the show. The Dynamite show will have its Women’s Title along with AEW International title defended on the show. But is it enough to compete against NXT this week?
