Are the Creed Brothers the most athletic tag team WWE has ever seen?

Ever since WrestleMania and the WWE Draft went underway, fans were looking to get familiar with a fresh pair of Chad Gable and the Creed brothers on TV. Aligning Chad Gable with the brothers’ tag team was on the speculation list for many common grounds. Fans could, in fact, see the potential that the would-be pairing holds from afar. Thanks to their pointed Olympic history. However, the hunch proved right tonight on Raw when the siblings from Lexington, Ohio, teamed up with the Alpha Academy leader to take out Bo Dallas in a shell-shocking segment. While Gable’s Olympic athleticism has already been an open secret, let’s quickly recap the Olympic roots of Julius and Brutus Creed.

The brothers possess an amazing background in amateur wrestling. Julius Creed, 31, earned several NCCA honors during his university days, competed in the 2016 Olympic Trials, and later coached wrestling at Duke. Brutus Creed, 27, graduated from Otterbein University, where he marked a legacy in an amateur wrestling career, achieving a 108–13 record and earning NCAA Division III All-American honors twice before COVID-19 interrupted his final season.

It remains to be seen what the much sought-after union brings to the table going forward.
