WWE legend Diamond Dallas Page is now a part of Adi Shankar’s bizarre superhero series. The Indian-American film producer Adi Shankar created The Guardians of Justice and the WWE Hall of Famer is a part of it.
This series is a blend of animated footage and live-action! The animated series The Guardians of Justice is now streaming on Netflix. The former WCW Champion’s character is inspired by the likes of the Justice League and Watchmen. However, very few people on the internet know that the WWE legend is starring in the new Netflix series.

The AEW legend Diamond Dallas Page during this weeks’ edition of the DDP Snake Pit, discussed his role in The Guardians of Justice. Adi Shankar influenced the WWE Hall of Famer to be a part of this animated series.
Furthermore, DDP shared, “This is a project of a buddy of mine named Adi Shankar. It’s called an Adi Shankar experience.” The Netflix show is a passion project of producer Adi Shankar. In addition, it mixes traditional animation, claymation, and live-action to an ultimate seven episodes journey.
Dallas Page continued to praise the film producer as Adi Shankar has produced great movies. Films such as Brad Pitt’s Killing Them Softly and Liam Neeson’s The Grey were made by Adi Shankar.
How did DDP end up as Nighthawk in The Guardians of Justice?
Diamond Page mentioned, “About seven years ago, he [Adi Shankar] got a hold of me and asked me to be a part of this project. When I first read it, I mean, I absolutely wanted the main character, which was Nighthawk.”
The WWE Hall of Famer was unsure about this role initially. He added, “But to be perfectly honest, I didn’t really know if I could really do it. He’s the one who talked me into it. I’m super proud of the work because this is something like something no one’s seen before.”

The former WCW Champion asked the fans to support his new streaming work on Netflix. Also, Dallas Page stated that the show consists of eight different types of 2D animation. The Guardians of Justice has kicked off on Netflix today, and DDP mentioned people are giving great responses to the series.
