It’s been over 2 months since CM Punk was fired from AEW, but he stills manages to grab the limelight. They also feel that’s exactly why Triple H is keeping Roman Reigns away from the PLE, so he doesn’t overshadow these plans.

And just yesterday, WWE updated Punk’s alumni profile, further fueling rumors that Punk will return at Survivor Series. A fan posted a screenshot of the same on Twitter and fans lost their creative minds. They know well that such an update from WWE’s side means that they are already in talks with Punk.

One fan excitedly stated that “Survivor Series is gonna be GENERATIONAL 🔥🔥”. Another said, “This is really smart marketing by @WWE. Do these things to make it seem he’s coming back, that makes people tune in to Survivor Series”. One fan pointed out that WWE has updated his profile a few times in the last few years as well.
