The Fast & Furious franchise has starred many superstars in its different editions till now. Some well-known names from the cast are Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Paul Walker, and Tyrese Gibson, among others. But midway through making the blockbusters, stars have engaged in a serious feud with each other. Be it the ongoing dispute between Johnson and Diesel or the altercation between Gibson and The Rock, that has fortunately settled.
Johnson became the part of Fast & Furious franchise with Fast Five in 2011. Since then he has starred in four editions, including one spinoff, and missing out on F9. And recently he rejoined the franchise for its finale by appearing in Fast X’s post-credit scene. However, this also questions how Johnson returned despite having a complicated relationship with two of his co-stars. The answer lies in Tyrese Gibson’s statement from two years back.
How did the feud between Tyrese Gibson and Dwayne Johnson got settled?

During his conversation on Stir Crazy with Josh Horowitz in 2020, Gibron shed light on his relationship with The Rock. As many would know, the online feud between the two goes back to the year 2016, which almost lasted for a year. The infamous altercation could trace back to an improvised live from Fast & Furious 6.
They exchanged multiple tweets, pointing fingers at one another. It went to the extent that in 2017, Gibson even tweeted that if The Rock stars in Fast 9, fans won’t find him in there. In a behind-the-scenes clip from the sets of Fast & Furious 6, Johnson was also seen clapping Gibson. But after a couple of years, in 2020, Gibson finally spoke about his settled clash with Johnson.
He stated, “Me and The Rock peaced up.”
Following this statement, which made headlines the day after it surfaced, Gibson spoke about how things fell into place between him and Johnson.

The $15 million worth of actor further added, “We talked for like four hours about three weeks ago. Yeah, we talked… It was great.”
In the end, Gibson also said of possible spin-offs, “If I did it with Tej (Ludacris), then who are we going to play off of? But I just could not make it about me.“

On the whole, it’s quite clear now that Gibson and Johnson have no heat in between them now. Everything has been settled perfectly. Now, it remains to be seen how things go between Vin Diesel and The Rock.
