Like everyone else, Flair also faced difficulties juggling his personal and professional life. However, he made sure to give ample time for everything, mainly his hobbies.

The passion Flair displays in prioritizing his workouts mean that fans know it as one of his hobbies. The wrestler recently appeared on a podcast and let everyone know how hard he worked for his physique back then. In fact, he even hinted that all the dedication came naturally to him, without much effort.

Flair recently appeared on ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’. There, he was watching an old video of himself with Rogan. The UFC commentator noticed and talked about Flair’s old physique soon after the video was over. The 55-year-old soon asked, “Since you were touring and wearing that much. How much time did you get to work out?” Flair had an interesting reply to Rogan’s query.

I worked out every day, no matter what. If I got up at 4 in the morning, I’d work out at 5. I never missed it,” said Nature Boy. Through his words, his dedication shined brightly. According to the Hall of Famer, he would have stopped at nothing when it came to his workout routine. The former wrestler even further revealed the routine that he used to follow, “500 free squats, pushups, mostly an all-round body workout when I was working full time. So, an hour and a half. 30 minutes of cardio.

It should be noted that Flair still hasn’t stopped working out after all these years. The WWE legend motivates his fans to stay as fit as possible by sharing these kinds of stories with them. But the burning question still remains, how did Flair manage to find the time to juggle all the activities he indulged in?

Due to his utter dedication to keeping himself fit, Flair decided to take charge of his workout routines. The former wrestler had to travel and wrestle a lot due to the nature of his work. However, he never cut himself slack when it came to exercising. Despite the fitness requirement in the work field, not all wrestlers were as dedicated to keeping themselves fit. He admitted to Rogan that it was his own work ethic to stay regular with his routine. “I just had it in mind that I had to be [fit],” confessed Nature Boy.

He further revealed that after he had flown to a town, if he had relaxed, he wouldn’t have time to work out. So, he would get up early in the morning, even on his tours, to work out. Then, the former wrestler would utilize his free time during the afternoons.
