The Queen of WWE wasn’t at her helm for quite some time in the recent past. A devastating WrestleMania 39 beat down at the hands of Rhea Ripley caused Charlotte Flair to take a temporary pause. That said, she used this time off only to regain her mojo and get everything back under her thumb.

It turned out she did it with flying colors. After resuming her run in the fold weeks ago, the former SmackDown Women’s champion pulls off a more poised version of herself to give her best in the ring. Correspondingly, she aims to headline WrestleMania 40 with some preferred opponents, including Bianca Belair, in her mind.

Charlotte Flair is the last one to take defeat personally. She never shied away from heaping praise on those who dealt a blow to her. The 10-year-plus veteran gracefully congratulated Rhea Ripley on winning SmackDown Women’s Champion title at the grandest stage. She displayed the same serenity of thoughts for her former opponent, Bianca Belair. Apart from disseminating each other on live TV, Belair and Flair once got into an off-court battle as well, but their mutual respect for each other didn’t let that air of animosity live long.

After snatching the SummerSlam win from Flair, The EST of WWE teamed up with her to launch a stern revenge on Damage CTRL tonight at SmackDown. After the monumental win of the duo, Flair gave her former rival a rare token of applause.

Speaking with Sports Illustrated, the 37-year-old noted, ”Seeing Bianca handle her position as a champion for so long, watching her do the interviews, the meet-and-greets, and carrying all of those responsibilities. I’m so proud of her. I know that type of pressure. She carried herself as a beautiful example of a WWE champion.”

Weighing on in a potential WrestleMania match with The EST, Flair continued, ”And I love her competitiveness. We’re both very fiery. Whether it’s WrestleMania XL, WrestleMania 41, or WrestleMania 42, it’s going to happen.”
