John Cena and Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson are two of the biggest names in WWE. However, this is not the only common link that both talented megastars share. With multiple blockbuster movies under their belt, both of them also have a strong presence in the Hollywood industry. DJ was the first one to transition while Cena joined in much later.
Both the stars have left their pro wrestling days behind. Still, the WWE Universe craves the thrill and excitement they used to bring when stepping inside the squared circle together. Speaking on this subject, ‘The Cenation Leader’ revealed why he doesn’t want to fight The Rock again.

In the latest interview with MTV News’ Josh Horowitz, ‘The Champ’ spilled some beans as to when he would like to go one on one against ‘The Brahman Bull’ again. Being humble as always, he started out by pointing out that his prime WWE days are behind him now.
He said, “I’m so old. I haven’t won a match in like five years, man. No one notices thankyou. But if you see the stats, I’m a bit of a slump.” It was just his way of saying that right now, his focus is mainly on his acting career. Plus, he also highlighted the fact that it is really tough to fight ‘The Great One’ inside the ring.
“He’s not exactly an easy opponent. I need to get somebody really easy to get a win on the board before I go knocking on The Rock’s door again,” he added. From his statement, we can conclude that he is not looking to lock horns with Johnson any time soon.
Maybe in the future, if the Wrestling Gods are grateful, the WWE Universe might get to see the two stars battle each other inside the squared circle, just like the time when they did in 2012 and 2013.
