Despite his botches, Tonga Loa has surpassed CM Punk's WWE run. Agree or disagree?

The statistics show that CM Punk’s second stint in WWE has not been particularly successful for the Best in the World. Punk hasn’t done much since his return, other than the striking rivalry with Drew McIntyre. Punk also lost the bout at SummerSlam, indicating that the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion needs to get a win pretty soon.

CM Punk isn’t the only one returning to WWE after a long time, as Tonga Loa has also worked for the organization previously. Loa was in the developing brand, NXT, at the time. Thus, this is his second run with WWE. Fans have now begun to compare the two superstars’ stats to see how much they have accomplished in their respective second runs, and Tonga Loa appears to be far superior to CM Punk. Loa won at least two matches in his second run, which is indeed more than Punk.

Furthermore, Tonga Loa has won a championship in his second stint, becoming the new WWE Tag Team Champion. Punk, on the other hand, has yet to take any action about the title-winning picture. Fans have even joked that because of these statistics, Tonga Loa has become the new greatest wrestler of all time. All fun and games, of course!

IWC is creating a lot of memes based on these statistics because Loa is viral on the internet right now due to all the botches. Aside from these statistics, there is a chance that CM Punk may overcome these statistics with a report about him winning a match shortly.

On Bash In Berlin, CM Punk has the chance to win

We all know how CM Punk will face Drew McIntyre again in the upcoming WWE PLE. This is a strap match, and the expectation mounting is that The Best In The World will win. The rationale is that – McIntyre wins the last bout, and if Punk wins this one, a third and final match at Bad Blood will be enough to wrap things up for these two wrestlers.

Have an interesting take?

So far, speculations are that Drew McIntyre and CM Punk will headline Bad Blood in a Hell In a Cell match, which would be an ideal way to conclude the rivalry. If WWE carried out these intentions in the future and nothing catastrophic happened to the superstars involved, this conflict might be a strong contender for the feud of the year. Only time will tell if this will happen and all we can do is wait and watch.
