While the WWE Universe had a scintillating experience watching Raw, they haven’t gotten over SmackDown yet. With them still processing the gigantic return of global megastar Dwayne Johnson, fans on social media still can’t contain their excitement. Since the love being garnered by him is so immense, it’s only fitting for the icon to express his thoughts on the matter.

Addressing his record-breaking views, Johnson has now taken to his social media to thank all his fans, in his own unique way.

WWE fans exploded when they heard one of the most iconic theme songs in WWE history after almost 4 years.

The excitement was palpable as Johnson verbally finished Austin Theory with his trademark insults. To put the final stamp, the megastar then belted the young star with his classic Spinebuster, followed by the People’s Elbow to send the fans into a frenzy.

If that wasn’t enough, the star then shared a warm moment with arguably one of his biggest rivals, John Cena, to melt fans further. Now, understanding the mayhem he has caused, the star has acknowledged his presence on social media in his own way.

Thanking the fans, “People’s champ” took to his X handle in the tweet below:

It’s truly fascinating to see him have such a magnetic pull with legions of fans to this day. While social media records were bound to be created, the star added more records to WWE’s credentials.

Apart from his reels with John Cena and his return video on WWE social networking getting millions of views worldwide, he helped Denver, Colorado achieve history. The Rock’s appearance led the last SmackDown to be the highest-grossing event in Denver history for WWE. This is huge, considering their first event was in 1985.
