Days After Becoming a Champion Again After Four Years, Seth Rollins Jokingly Takes a Subtle Dig at the World Heavyweight Championship’s Design: “Can’t Top the Look”

‘The Visionary’ Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins became the World Heavyweight Champion at Night of Champions. After pinning AJ Styles at Saudi Arabia ‘The Architect’ ended the four-year drought of not winning a world title in WWE. However, like many who were criticizing the new world title design, Rollins also took a shot at the same. These comments came from Rollins just days after he won the title and defended it once on Monday Night Raw. 

Seth Rollins jokingly praises another championship over his current World Heavyweight title

Recently, Seth Rollins appeared on My Love Letter to Wrestling hosted by Mark Andrews. The ‘Monday Night Messiah’ got a warm welcome as he returned to the podcast after a long time. The hosts also congratulated him for the world title victory but asked a tricky question.

A few years back Rollins had won the Love Letter to Wrestling Championship. Hence, the host jokingly asked him to choose which title had a better design. The Visionary selected the podcast’s belt calling it better, obviously in a joking manner.

The World Heavyweight Champion said, “I mean the Love Letter to Wrestling Championship belt, you can’t top that as far as the look. I mean yeah prestige though similar level so it was nice man.”

Rollins added, “It was a very good feeling, a beautiful night in Saudi Arabia and a wonderful opponent, a wonderful match. Extremely satisfying conclusion after four years of getting back on the top of the mountain.”

It appears Rollins was rather light-hearted in his comments. He is happy with the World Heavyweight Championship after four years. The last world title he won was the Universal Championship back in 2019.

Nevertheless, he had an exceptional match against AJ Styles at Night of Champions. Moreover, ‘The Phenomenal One’ had called this title a secondary championship on the same podcast. Rollins gave his views on Styles’ comments in this interview, days after joining an elite club in WWE.

After the Night of Champions victory, Rollins joins an elite club!

There is no doubt that The Architect is one of the best WWE superstars right now. He is talented and is often called one of the most skilled in-ring workers in the company. However, with victory over Styles Rollins became a five-time world champion in WWE.

The Visionary has won several titles inside and outside WWE. But winning five world titles in WWE is a major thing, at this young age. He has won WWE and Universal Titles twice and is currently the World Heavyweight Champion. 

Furthermore, he has won the US and Intercontinental titles twice, while he has six tag team reigns under his name. Clearly, this is a huge thing for Rollins and he has a long career ahead of him in WWE and will have more titles in his career.
