The Bloodline story has been a highlight of WWE for nearly three years now. Also, with Triple H announcing the new World Heavyweight Championship title, there is anticipation over whether Roman Reigns would set his eyes on it. However, a wrestling legend slammed Hunter for showcasing the new world title at WWE Drafts over The Bloodline story on their TV shows.

Any storyline or feud that involved The Tribal Chief has always elevated the weekly shows and PPV huge ratings. Hence, the 61-year-old legend shared his disappointment over WWE favoring the Drafts over The Bloodline.

Triple H gets slammed for going “from the best angle to nonsensical boring bullsh*t!”

In the recent episode of Jim Cornette’s Drive Thru, the wrestling legend was critical of the WWE drafts. He didn’t like how WWE overshadowed The Bloodline story amidst the drafts 

Cornette said, “So Triple H came out for RAW for May the 1st. It should’ve been April 1st, April Fools Day, but May the 1st, and Triple H came out again like he did on SmackDown and tried to justify the new World Heavyweight title belt.”

The 61-year-old added, “They’ve gone from the best angle they had in years, The Bloodline against the babyfaces to the most nonsensical boring bullsh*t that they’ve done in ages which is this draft.”

Indeed, The Bloodline has made a significant impact in WWE for some time now. Many thought post WrestleMania 39, Reigns and Cody Rhodes might continue their feud. Surprisingly, that didn’t happen as both got drafted to separate brands. The American Nightmare shared his thoughts on WWE making this decision amidst their feud.

Nevertheless, Rhodes is now in a feud with Brock Lesnar and they will face each other at Backlash in Puerto Rico. Moreover, Cornette also criticized WWE over The Beast Incarnate’s situation after the 2023 WWE drafts.

Jim Cornette criticizes Brock Lesnar’s free-agent status

The WWe kept several superstars as free agents after the drafts. However, the 61-year-old shed light on The Conqueror’s status in WWE after the draft rules will come into effect.

The former WWE official said, “By the way, Brock Lesnar has negotiated that he can go anywhere he wants to. He can be on either show anytime, at any place, anywhere but you never know. Good lord”

Since returning in 2021, Lesnar has actively appeared on both brands while feuding with The Tribal Chief. But lately, he hasn’t appeared on SmackDown while feuding with Rhodes. The Beast is an impact superstar of WWE. Therefore, the company will keep him a free agent thinking of a potential opportunity rising up in the future on either brand.
