Dany Garcia Reacts as Daughter Ava Raine Uses Unfair Tactics to Earn 1st TV Win in WWE

Finally 1st win for Ava Raine, after three long years.

In 2017, Raine joined WWE and started training in WWE Performance. Two years later, she made her debut in NXT. She joined forces with The Schism, thus becoming the fourth member of the villainous faction. She has been in WWE for three years now, but she recently devoured the sweet taste of a victory.

On the June 07 edition of WWE NXT, the 21-year-old star gained her first win, though through unfair means, in the Stamford-based promotion and her pro wrestling career as well. And her mother, Dany Garcia, was quick to react to it.

It was a very special moment for Garcia to see her baby girl accomplish her first victory in WWE NXT. She went to her Instagram account to express her feelings after seeing her daughter come out victorious from a hard-fought battle.

Like a typical mother, she also got emotional, as the WWE Universe can see in her Instagram story. The caption on her story read, “@avawwe_ GOES OVER!!!! 1st TV WIN!! (with a face holding back tears emoji)” Garcia is already so much proud of her little girl and after the victory, she couldn’t be prouder.

Surely, it was a special victory for the young WWE female star since it was her first one. But the ‘Big W’ only came to her because she cheated during the match.

In this week’s episode of NXT, Raine and The Dyad (Rip Fowler & Jagger Reid) squared off against Diamond Mine (The Creed Brothers and Ivy Nile). During the ending segment of the match, the WWE Universe saw ‘The Final Girl’ use her face mask to head-butt Nile, as Reid distracted the referee.

The blow to the head with a mask helped Raine pin Ivy Nile, thus getting her a victory over her opponents. She is a member of Schism, which is a heel group, thus her cheating in the match was a must-move to justify her negative character. Plus, the way she carried out the match was stupendous.

At a very young age, ‘The Final Girl’ has accomplished name and fame that many only achieve after toiling in the business for years. And she has done it all by herself. Despite being the daughter of the legendary Dwyane “The Rock” Johnson and businesswoman Dany Garcia, she hustled to achieve the limelight ever since her debut last year.
