Tonight, the WWE held their much-awaited Clash at the Castle in Glasgow, Scotland. And in the main event of the night, Judgment Day’s Damian Priest managed to retain the World Heavyweight Championship after defeating Drew McIntyre in a traditional one-on-one match.

The champion weakened the challenger, who received a huge ovation from the public with his entrance, as he surely was the hometown favorite of the night. And McIntyre surely provided the necessary offense to balance the scales in the early moments of the fight. Later on, a failed jump left Damian trapped with his ankle between the ropes.

This allowed a series of stomps and blows in favor of his opponent, who managed to remove him from that tangled situation to continue with the fight. The champion found space and climbed to the third rope, but his damaged leg played against him. And it was only because of CM Punk‘s help that Priest could manage to retain the title. But was it all intentional? Well, it seems like it was yet another botch at the PLE.

While many fans wasted no time in calling out the main event for the multiple botches it featured. As the match starring the now-former Tag Champions Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair featured a botch by the former AEW star. The brawn of the team accidentally tapped out to a submission hold by Shayna Baszler. So fans wasted no time in calling out this botch as well.
