WWE Hall of Famer X-Pac has been away from the squared circle for quite some time now. However, that is because he is undergoing a therapy on his knee. But the wait won’t be long as he’s open to making a comeback at the 2022 Royal Rumble.

Waltman’s last wrestling match was back  in April 2019 when he teamed up with Hurricane Helms and Jushin Thunder Liger. Recently, he discussed a potential return date with Nick Hausman, on the latest episode of Pro Wrestling 4 Life.

Waltman also took it to twitter to post a selfie of him getting back in shape. This photo went viral as people were awestruck by Waltman’s amazing physique and body shape.

X-Pac is open to WWE return at 2022 Royal Rumble

During the latest episode of Pro Wrestling 4 Life, X-Pac provided an update on his return to the ring.

When asked about his wrestling plans post knee surgery, he said, “It feels pretty good. My last doctor visit, probably a month or so ago, they said everything was coming along nicely. I thought I was a little behind because I took a little time off from going to therapy. We’ll see. I go to physical therapy again next week.”

X-Pac further added he would love to return to the ring for WWE. However, he is also open to making his return in other promotions if WWE does not grant him the opportunity to do so.

He continued, “Just in case, I would like to be ready by Royal Rumble time. That’s not something that is my main goal to go do Royal Rumble, but if they call me, I would do the Royal Rumble.”

X-Pac added, “I love WWE, regardless of what’s going on, I love it. I would like for them to be the ones that host my return matches. If not, there are plenty of other people that will. I’ve already had a lot of people reach out.”

It has been a long time since we last saw Sean Waltman aka X-Pac in WWE. With him eyeing a return date to wrestling, it has already been reported that we might see him at next year’s Royal Rumble.
