Drew McIntyre and Sheamus used to be friends. They posed together, worked together, greeted fans together, it was a joyous time for their fans. Unfortunately, the friendship turned sour and soon the duo were rivals.
As of this moment, McIntyre and Sheamus aren’t in a feud. They’re working in separate storylines with separate Superstars. However, The Scottish Psychopath found a window of opportunity to take a dig at Sheamus, and it was quite funny.
McIntyre took to social media to post a photograph of a painting that resembles Sheamus’ look. However, the painting had pink hair but that didn’t stop him from comparing it to his former best friend. According to him the photograph is a “creepy” Sheamus, and some of his fans seem to agree with the statement.

Sheamus turned on Drew McIntyre for the WWE Championship
On a Monday Night Raw, The Celtic Warrior turned on the former WWE Champion because he wanted the belt over his shoulders. OF course, this did not agree with The Scottish Warrior.
Therefore, the duo engaged in a brief feud where their only goal was to make the most of whatever time they have. In fact, even after McIntyre lost the title at Elimination Chamber to The Miz, the feud between McIntyre and Sheamus continued.

In an interview, McIntyre revealed why it was important for both of them to bring forth a story that the fans would remember.
“I’ve known Sheamus for close to 20 years. We hadn’t worked together in 11 years, and we promised we’d make the most of it whenever it finally happened. We are putting everything we have into these matches, and we want people to have to go to ’90s Japanese wrestling to find anything like the physicality we’re bringing.”
When they got the chance to show the WWE Universe what they could do, nothing could stop them!
“We got the chance to wrestle a few weeks ago on Raw, and the story wasn’t as detailed as we wanted at that point, but we got people’s attention. Then we escalated the physicality that second week in our rematch. Our video package at Fastlane was pretty cool, and we created a match we didn’t want people to forget.”
