The Great One, in addition to being known as one of the greatest action stars of the 21st century, is also known for his super jacked physique. Fans on his Instagram are witness to how tirelessly he trains in his 40,000 pound mobile gym called the ‘Iron Paradise’.

His day starts very early at 4 in the morning, while most of his followers are still snoring in their beds. He often posts on his Instagram after a rigorous workout, motivating his followers to never give up and keep going. Once in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, he explained how the ‘Iron Paradise’ was not just a gym but also his “Anchor”.

Fans are often shocked when they see The Rock train with a 120lbs chain around his neck. But that’s how hard The People’s Champ trains every day to be in prime shape.

He explained to Winfrey how gymming was not just a physical activity for him. He said, “The gym for me, this physical activity for me is my anchor.I would recommend it for all of you guys in the room is to find that anchor whether it’s hiking or biking or yoga or meditation or whatever it is because for the gym,  just some sort of physical activity it anchors my day and then it allows me to go on and work for the rest of the day.”

Winfrey added, “So it is a spiritual practice for you?“. To which he replied, “It’s way more than just physicality, it’s way more than just picking up a weight, it’s my balance, it’s my anchor,it’s my spiritual anchor, mental because what it allows me to do it’s the only time for me and we all need this because this treadmill of life, there is no stop button, it’s so crazy, it just allows me to block out the noise, clear my head, think about what i need to do and accomplish.”

And rightly so, this ‘Spiritual Anchor’ is helping Dwayne Johnson achieve even greater success in his business ventures.
