Though Dwayne Johnson might not be in Australia for the Elimination Chamber event, he could still “fly down” if Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins talked trash about him. Over the past few weeks, Seth Rollins and The Rock have been at odds because “The Great One” has joined Roman Reigns in his fight against Cody Rhodes.
Rollins then told Rhodes that this year’s match would be much more important than last year’s WrestleMania because even more powerful people would accompany Reigns, like The Rock. In a recent promo, The Rock referred to World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins as Cody Rhodes’ ‘little girlfriend’. Rollins has now responded in his own way.

The heated feuding between The Rock and Seth Rollins doesn’t seem to be ending any time soon. It became really bad between them when Rollins stood up for Cody Rhodes after The Great One hit him at the WrestleMania Kick-Off event.
Rollins saw that Rhodes was losing the battle against The Bloodline and offered to fight with him. Rhodes is not required to battle alone, as Rollins has made it clear, and he has even offered to serve as Rhodes’ shield.

Speaking with Alex McCarthy for Mail Sport, Seth Rollins made several cracks at The Rock as he talked about his return to WWE. He made it clear that he thought the WWE squad would be different without The Rock, who has been busy with other things.
“He’s been off doing his own thing and I’m not taking anything away from him; he laid the groundwork for it but we built it, man. We built the wall, we built the roof, we’ve got this sorted. He can come in and have a little tea but we will show him on the way out. Happy to have him, happier to see him go,” Rollins added.

Rollins then said that The Rock is a great fighter, but that he hasn’t had a real opponent in ten years. Rollins said that he is on a higher level than The Rock has ever been. He said that even when The Rock was at his best, he couldn’t tie his shoes.

“He is a specimen, he is a specimen. But he hasn’t had a match in a decade. John Cena, two times at WrestleMania. Had a couple of stuff, a tag-team match, and a couple of appearances here and there. I’m on a different level right now. I am in my prime. I am operating at a level so high above any level he’s ever operated at. He couldn’t lace my boots in the best years of his career, let alone now. I’m just saying.’
Let us see what turn it will take now. Anyway, since The Rock is back and WrestleMania is going to take place soon, are you guys excited to see their matches? Let us know your thoughts in the comment section below.
