Roman Reigns currently has several open conflict opportunities going on in WWE. One of his ongoing feuds is with Randy Orton. The atmosphere on Friday Night SmackDown is currently rather intense because of this equation. But there is a chance that the two wrestlers may end up on the same page not too long in the future.

Although no reports are suggesting for WWE to move forward in this direction, the gimmick that “The Viper” plays inside the promotion has hinted toward this possibility. This turn of events could be as soon as Royal Rumble 2024. Let’s have a look at how it could all go down.

The feud between Orton and Reigns has the added element of LA Knight and AJ Styles in the background. This recent development in the feud that was building up between Orton and “The Tribal Chief” may take even more turns at Royal Rumble, when the Fatal Four Way title match takes place.

Randy Orton tends to betray people. Not only does he justify his moniker “The Viper”, but the former WWE Champion’s past actions also point toward the possibility of him turning on the rest of the opponents when the time comes.

Even though it is every man for himself in a Fatal Four Way match, when the rest of The Bloodline intervenes in the match, Orton may assist them to get rid of LA Knight and AJ Styles. This will be unsurprising given Orton’s status as a tweener in the promotion.

Since there have been various instances where Orton has betrayed his associates, it could be return to form of the Orton of old that RKO’d anyone in his path, friend or foe.

Among the uncertainty surrounding the Royal Rumble title bout, some more speculation may help us get a clearer picture of what is about to come the way of reigning Universal Champion of WWE.

As mentioned earlier, Roman Reigns has many open feuds for now. Not only does he have personal feuds with each of the Fatal Four Way contenders, but the “Head of the Table” has not wrapped up his storyline with Cody Rhodes, either. To top everything off, Dwayne Johnson has also recently challenged him for his position as the head of the table of the Anoa’i family.
