After fighting one of the prominent matches of his career against Brock Lesnar, Omos has become a popular name in the pro wrestling world. That being said, he will now clash against another superstar of the promotion, Seth Rollins, in the upcoming 18th WWE Backlash. The promotion announced this surprising addition to the matches of the PLE, just a few hours back. And soon it caught the attention of a widely known color commentator. 

The WWE Universe knows of Corey Graves as a wrestling analyst who has a sound understanding of the industry. He even voices his opinions now and then on his podcast or through other media outlets. Be it bluntly or indirectly. He did something similar under WWE’s official announcement of Seth “Freakin” Rollins vs Omos match at WWE Backlash. However, this time, it appears as if his reaction might get him into some trouble with the WWE’s higher-ups.

When an official announcement came from WWE’s Twitter handle about Rollins vs Omos match at Backlash in Puerto Rico, Graves couldn’t resist but react to it. Even though he just reacted with a gif, it evidently described his feelings over WWE’s booking of The Architect against the 403 lb giant. 

Graves doesn’t appear pleased with this marquee addition to the card for Backlash 2023. However, the reason behind it still remains in suspense. But along with this thrilling match for the PLE, let us see what other matches are already revealed. 

WWE Backlash offers a lieu of attractions

Apart from Rollins vs The Giant Omos happening on May 6, the audience of Puerto Rico will witness several other exciting bouts. One of the most engrossing matches of them all is definitely of The Usos & Solo Sikoa vs. Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and Matt Riddle. 

Another match for which fans couldn’t resist in Cody Rhodes vs. Brock Lesnar. In the PLE, wrestling enthusiasts will also encounter a Triple Threat match where Austin Theory will defend his WWE United States Championship title against Bronson Reed and Bobby Lashley.

Lastly, the SmackDown Women’s Championship match will also be on the line where Rhea Ripley will defend her title against Zelina Vega.

These are matches announced by WWE till now. However, to know more about the event, fans have to wait a little more.
