Cody Rhodes had a great run in AEW from 2018 to 2022. In the company, he worked as an Executive Vice President as well as a pro wrestler. During his time in Tony Khan’s promotion, his wife, Brandi Rhodes, was also part of his storylines. Also, she was the Chief Brand Officer for the promotion.

In February, the couple left AEW and The American Nightmare returned to WWE. However, this is not the case with his wife. She has not made an appearance in the company yet and she is recently got targeted for that.

Brandi Rhodes claps back at trollers

Currently, Brandi Rhodes is taking some time off from on-screen activities. Plus, she is looking after her daughter who was born in June 2021. But many people on the internet are under the assumption that Brandi Rhodes is sitting idle at home and doing nothing else.

She makes this clear in her recent tweet where she fires back at a troll for criticizing her just because she is not currently associated with a pro wrestling company.

In her post, she makes a sarcastic comment stating that she is not unemployed and even if she would have been, then she would enjoy being a mother.

“Saw a tweet saying I got relegated to “the kitchen” after having a baby. So I guess you’re either wrestling or you’re cooking meals. Well thank goodness I’m pretty good at that then. Back to the kitchen I go! (With rollers in my hair and bon bons on standby for the soaps!),” Brandi Rhodes wrote in her tweet.

People can have their opinions. But it won’t change the fact that despite not being in the picture, she had the biggest hand in giving the WWE Universe, their hot favorite star.

Brandi Rhodes played a big role in her husband’s return from injury

Brandi Rhodes is the reason the fans get to see The American Nightmare back in action in WWE after last year’s pectoral muscle injury. In an interview, the 2023 Royal Rumble Winner claimed his wife helped him get back in the ring.

He confessed he had no hopes of returning from his torn pectoral injury, but his better half motivated him to not give up on his dream. His supportive partner helped him to muster up the strength to fight his way through difficult times.
