Cody Rhodes’ Wife Brandi Unleashes Vicious Statement After Husband Gets Rag-Dolled by Brock Lesnar

The WWE Universe was divided after Roman Reigns pinned Cody Rhodes at the SoFi Stadium to retain his gold on April 2. A day after his loss to the WWE Undisputed Universal Champion in the main event of WrestleMania 39 Night Two, The American Nightmare appeared on RAW after ‘Mania and issued a challenge for a rematch. As The Tribal Chief was with Solo Sikoa, he offered a tag team match instead and Rhodes needed a partner for the match. But that is when Brock Lesnar came to his aid or so everyone thought.

The match, which was set to be the main event at RAW, didn’t even start as The Beast Incarnate snapped before the bell rang and betrayed Rhodes. What followed was mayhem as Lesnar inflicted a grave punishment on Dusty Rhodes’ younger son.

This betrayal and beatdown have triggered an angry reaction from Cody’s wife Brandi Rhodes. 

Brandi Rhodes questions Brock Lesnar’s morals for betraying her husband

Brandi took to Twitter to address the former UFC champion’s actions. Reacting to a post from WWE, she wrote: “These ho*s ain’t loyal 😡”

Brandi, however, wasn’t the only member of the Rhodes family to condemn the betrayal. Dustin Rhodes, Cody Rhodes’ half-brother and erstwhile Goldust in WWE, also had a message for the former WWE Champion.

The reactions were pertaining to Brock Lesnar’s brutal attack on Rhodes. Fans watched in horror as he ambushed an unsuspecting Rhodes with an F5, moments before their match started. He threw him out of the ring and delivered another F5 as he put him through the commentary table with the finisher.

Lesnar then pushed him inside the ring and left him over there and walked out. Moments later, he came back and inflicted some more pain. Medical personnel had to rush to the Royal Rumble winner’s aide as Lesnar eventually left. However, he came back again, threatening to cause more damage, but was told to stay away by officials.

The show ended abruptly and in a strange manner as ‘The Beast Incarnate’ flipped the camera.

Did WWE pay back Cody Rhodes in the same coin?

Since the start of the PG-Era, the Stamford-based company has been careful with NSFW content being aired. However, that was tossed out of the window after Lesnar decided to flip two birds on Monday. So, did the WWE come back at Rhodes for his past actions?

For the unversed, Rhodes and his AEW colleague Jon Moxley had made the obscene gesture in 2019. Even though their target isn’t known, it is believed Rhodes, then with the rival company, had sent a message to WWE Head of Creative Triple H. After tossing him like a rag-doll, Lesnar might have returned the favor, as directed by the creative.
