Wrestling fans travel down the notable path to WrestleMania 40 and the embodiment of the much-awaited iconic Cody Rhodes vs Roman Reigns power struggle is now just a matter of time. Of course, it is supposed to be as lavish as the hype, and on top, it’s also possible for the WWE creative team to make it a tad bit dramatic  by adding some past and present bigwigs in the storyline. At least, wrestling veteran Bully Ray foresees so.

Roman Reigns extended his historic reign as WWE Undisputed WWE Universal Champion by taking out Cody Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania 39 last year. It took a while for the American Nightmare to bounce back and regain his mojo, but he did it like a pro. Rhodes passed every test that emerged in front of him on the road to attaining his rematch. Now, given that the match is official, we can expect it to be a Rhodes game this time. But according to WWE veteran Bully Ray, a lot of legends could appear to make it a full-blown affair. ”I break out every legends’ contract, everybody for night two yep hey I call in Rikishi, I call in any Bloodline member who’s going to be able to do something.”

“You bring them there and then I also go if this is Cody’s night you bring in every, you know you bring in Hulk Hogan’s you bring in John Cena’s you bring in anybody who held the title and anybody who’s like you, want to be the face,’ Ray on the latest episode of the Busted Open Radio.

Cody Rhodes would have to recruit some allies other than Rollins to even up the numbers game ahead of Mania. Bringing in esteemed figures such as Stone Cold Steve Austin to once again interfere in the matters of Hollywood Rock could work well.

This prediction can’t be debunked as he was on point anticipating The Rock– Roman Reigns vs Cody Rhodes-Seth Rollins tag team match in the past.

Bully Ray envisioned the tag team match between Cody Rhodes and The Rock in the past

The Rock has aligned himself with Roman Reigns during his highly hyped-up feud with Cody Rhodes. This prompted Bully Ray to smell the possibility of WWE planting The Rock in a tag team match against Rhodes. Just a week later, it came out true as we saw The Great One setting up a tag team match against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins alongside Roman Reigns for WrestleMania Night 1 on SmackDown.

It will be interesting to see if his prediction of making the main event affair spicier ends up coming true.
