Cody Rhodes Appears in Leaked Footage After Smackdown 03/01 Following Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson & Roman Reigns WrestleMania XL Challenge

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson may have issued a WrestleMania XL challenge to Cody Rhodes to threaten him. However, The American Nightmare doesn’t seem to be budging and is doubling down on fighting his own matches. Moreover, he is taking on the biggest guns in WWE to amplify his threat to The Bloodline.

The year 2023 saw Cody Rhodes fight, as well as win the most number of matches in WWE. It seems that The American Nightmare is keen on surpassing his previous record very soon. Social media posts showed Rhodes wrestling for the crowd. In fact, the leaked footage showed that he just wanted to do what he loves and wrestle even if WWE wasn’t recording it.

When Cody Rhodes walked into the ring to settle a score

Cody Rhodes recently warned Wise Man Paul Heyman that The Bloodline wasn’t hunting him, rather, he was hunting The Bloodline. It turns out, that The Tribal Chief Roman Reigns and his Samoan lackeys aren’t the only ones on his radar. The leaked videos on social media showed The American Nightmare fight an off-air match against the Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre.

A tweet on X showcased The American Nightmare making his grand appearance into the arena as the crowd screamed the lyrics of ‘Kingdom’. The dark match footage also showed Cody Rhodes making quick work of the Elimination Chamber winner and paying him back for an earlier defeat.

Apparently, the opportunistic Drew McIntyre received major help from Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa of The Bloodline some time ago to win a match against Rhodes. This time, however, Cody Rhodes had McIntyre right where he wanted him.

The result of the match wasn’t recorded in the leaked footage. But, the video did show Cody Rhodes delivering a vicious Cody Cutter to the Scottish Warrior. Notably, WrestleMania XL is just 35 days away and The American Nightmare is making every day count.

The American Nightmare relays clear messages to The Bloodline

Cody Rhodes may have seemed helpless when Dwayne Johnson used his powers as a TKO board member to replace him at WrestleMania. But now, he doesn’t shy away from taking open shots at him and has also intensified his pre-existing beef with The Bloodline. He has been especially raging since The Rock made the mistake of taking a cheap shot at him during a promo.

The Elimination Chamber in Perth, Australia didn’t have any matches for Cody Rhodes. However, he utterly destroyed Austin Theory, who was trying to impersonate The Rock.
