The 2024 Elimination Chamber is on the horizon and at this point, it is either go hard or go home. Last week at Raw and SmackDown, fans saw things getting heated between stars who all want their shot at the coveted titles. This week is no exception. From Gunther defending his Intercontinental Championship title, to R-Truth bringing in reinforcement to fight with Judgment Day, and Cody Rhodes facing another formidable foe, things will go down at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. Here are our predictions for the night.

The Neo-Shield?!

Drew McIntyre has had a character change lately. From a star who was frustrated with quite a few losses to someone who is taking on every face on Monday Night Raw, he has been on a roll lately. Last week fans saw him attacking Sami Zayn after Zayn lost to Shinsuke Nakamura. Before that, the Scottish Psychopath attacked Seth Rollins during a very emotional in-ring segment between Rollins and Cody Rhodes. The American Nightmare has realized that things are getting out of hand now and he needs to be stopped.

Considering how McIntyre has been unapologetic lately when it comes to his actions, Rhodes might want to watch out. However, one thing that fans could expect is that Nakamura might attack Rhodes during their fight. This might prompt Zayn to come out to help Rhodes and possibly align with Rhodes. Considering that Rollins is already on his side, fans could get a first look at a stable that could be called The Neo-Shield.

Chad Gable faces Ivar

Ivar has been wreaking havoc on Monday Night Raw by primarily targeting the Alpha Academy. While Akira Tozawa of the academy tried to take down Ivar, he was unsuccessful a lot of times. Even Gable failed to defeat Ivar a month ago. Considering that Gable might have learned something from his previous encounter with Ivar, tonight he might be able to slay the beast.

The Final Ticket to Perth

The spots for the Women’s Elimination Chamber are almost full and there’s just one seat left. Tonight, top stars of the women’s division will participate in a battle royale to get their hands on the Ticket to Perth. The ring will be filled by Shayna Baszler, Zoey Stark, Michin, Zelina Vega, & Alba Fyre. One thing that fans could expect is that Bazsler and Stark might team up as they do share a good bond. The same might go with Vega and Michin. Apart from that, Raw’s GM, Adam Pearce has announced that Chelsea Green will also be participating in the battle royale.

If the four people do team up, Fyre and Green are left with no choice but to ally otherwise they might get thrown out of the ring soon. However, fans should not forget that Green does have a higher chance of winning tonight considering the type of push she has been receiving lately. Who knows maybe it will be Zelina Vega, Michin, and Green in the final three? Who do you think deserves the ticket to Perth? Let us know in the comments below.

R-Truth gets his revenge on Raw

Last week fans were left heartbroken when the men of Judgment Day attacked R-Truth just because all he wants is to be a part of the stable. Truth was then saved by DIY’s Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano, who he thought were Triple H and Shawn Michaels. This week, Truth has some reinforcements with him. DIY, The Miz, & R-Truth will be facing the men of Judgment Day in a four-man tag team match. Considering how well DIY has been performing in the ring lately, the scale might weigh on Truth’s side. Unless Judgment Day does not pull a dirty trick. Also, this will be The Miz’s first Raw appearance after his wife revealed to the world about her medical condition.

The new Intercontinental Champion?

Everybody dreams of defeating the dragon or the giant to be called a hero. Jey Uso is no exception to it. Gunther, who has been sitting on the throne of the Intercontinental Champion for more than 600 days has been booked against Uso for a title defense. Last week, Uso along with the New Day was able to defeat Gunther and The Imperium. While we did predict that Uso and New Day might not stand a chance against them, we were proven wrong.

However, the audience might not be ready to see Uso as the new Intercontinental Champion yet. While the main event star has come a long way, he might still be quite far from being crowned a champion. Apart from that, the aura that Gunther has been able to maintain screams that he should not lose his title on the weekly show. Instead, if he must lose his title, it should be on a Premium Live Event. Whether he wins or loses, he might be able to strike fear in Gunther’s heart. Which segment are you most excited about?
