To target those who were criticizing WWE’s decision to push Johnson’s feud with Roman Reigns over Cody Rhodes’ story, the WWE legend had a fitting reply.
The former NFL star’s show went live during the Las Vegas WrestleMania Kickoff event. Since Johnson was slated to be at the press conference, he was also called upon by McAfee’s show. The host was talking about the ongoing dispute among fans regarding the controversy of The Rock taking over WrestleMania. This is when Johnson replied, “At the end of the day, I know it, you know it, we know it, Roman knows it, Cody knows it, his fans know it, that at the end of the day, The Rock vs Roman Reigns is the – capital T, capital H, capital E – biggest main event in the history of #WrestleMania.”
While talking on the live stream, Johnson gave us a glimpse that he is not going to back down from the main event, because everyone is aware that his match against Reigns is ‘big money’, unlike something we have ever seen. He further called out the fans who were criticizing this creative decision.
