It came a few weeks ago that Punk would face Dominik Mysterio of The Judgment Day on December 26th. Since then, the fans have been waiting for this occasion with bated breath. It’s important to note that this particular event will be a live in-house show organized by WWE, potentially limiting its televised coverage.

Nevertheless, WWE might release clips on their platform, X, and fans often share recorded match footage on social media. Adding to the excitement, the iconic Madison Square Garden will play host to the event, with the action kicking off at 7:30 PM.

It has been revealed that Punk is slated to go head-to-head with Dirty Dominik for the second time, and the much-anticipated rematch is set to take place on December 30 in Inglewood, California.

WWE’s ‘X’ handle posted a video of Phillip Jack Brooks reflecting on how he felt to be back at the Madison Square Garden, he said, “I don’t know if it is hot in here or if I just got flush. I mean, this is cool. It is a cool moment. This is a place (Madison Square Garden) that I never thought I would be again. I’m trying to think of the last time I was here, it was a Misfits show. It was Misfits, and Rancid opened up for them was the last time I was in Madison Square Garden. But in a wrestling capacity, this is strange.”

On the one hand, his in-ring appearance will electrify the entire WWE universe, but on the other hand, he seems busy with such a long-planned schedule.

CM Punk has a lot more planned

In a noteworthy update, Punk personally informed fans on social media about his upcoming schedule with the company. The shared program includes the previously mentioned events along with his appearances on two consecutive episodes of RAW, slated for January 8th and January 22nd, respectively.

Notably, the January 22nd episode of RAW holds significance as it serves as the go-home edition leading up to the Royal Rumble PLE.
