There are people like Chris Jericho who take shots at WWE from time to time. And then there is CM Punk who does it like it’s his job. The former WWE Champion roasted the company earlier today on Twitter.
CM Punk hosted a Q & A in which he replied to fans’ questions one by one. In almost every WWE question, Punk had a cheap shot of a reply. This is just one example of Punk trashing WWE’s booking system.
I put over such young lions that are the future of the business like the undertaker, hhh, the rock, and brock lesnar! The future looks good!

From the tweet above, it’s clear that Punk is emphasizing on a creeping problem in WWE. The company is known for banking on its established Superstars for years and burying younger talents in the bargain.
CM punk faced all of the Superstars mentioned above and lost, which is probably the point he wanted to make. WWE booked him against their old and mighty wrestlers, making him a big loser in the end.
Even though we may love seeing legends like The Undertaker, The Rock, and Triple H fight once in a while, it’s criminal that they use upcoming Superstars as stepping stones for bigger storylines.
CM Punk speaks from his own unjust experience
Fans are furious by the fact that Goldberg still wrecks younger Superstars. The WCW legend was solely responsible for burying “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt during his first stint.
John Cena himself has buried so many upcoming names like Alberto Del Rio, Wade Barrett, and arguably even the Great Khali. Once these men lost the big feuds, they were never the same.
CM Punk is probably calling it back to the time he was “The Best in the World” and had the WWE Universe at his feet. He had reached the Stone Cold level of popularity and was a one-man show. However, WWE kept setting him up for failure.

Looking back, CM Punk was unjustly pushed aside by WWE’s old-timers. He should have been elevated to higher places but was instead used as the villain to beat.
