CM Punk is now in the hospital, so what happens next?

Drew McIntyre returned to WWE after only four days of quitting the company, as reported on Smackdown. It appears that he is not returning to build a name for himself in the promotion, but rather to get revenge on CM Punk for all of his actions against the former World Champion. On Smackdown, Drew McIntyre has severely beaten CM Punk, who is currently in the hospital.

Following the encounter, the WWE commentary crew announced that Punk would need to spend the night in the hospital to recover from the pounding he received from Drew McIntyre. It is currently believed that after CM Punk has been medically cleared to perform in the ring, a massive, savage feud between the two men will break out soon.
