Brock Lesnar is often called a genetic freak by many WWE superstars, athletes, and even fans. Since his debut, Lesnar is almost 280lbs, with over 6’4” ft height, and is super quick in the ring. However, attributes like these, given the size, make it difficult to be quick on the ring for a normal person.

WWE recently shared some SummerSlam backstage pictures on social media. Surprisingly, the WWE Universe did not give a pleasing reaction to The Beast Incarnate’s recent body transformation.

WWE shared several SummerSlam backstage pictures on Twitter. In one picture there were The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar. But what many fans noticed is that Lesnar’s legs looked much skinnier than they were a few years ago.

It shocked the fans, looking at the picture in which the former UFC Heavyweight Champion had lean legs. Moreover, the WWE Universe shared their reactions to why Lesnar is lean in the picture.

Some fans went on to troll and compare Lesnar with Rhea Ripley, especially because she is in the other picture on the tweet. The Judgement Day member impressed the fans with her strong-looking legs.

However, even some fans trolled The Beast as some wondered if his legs were the same from the beginning or he was just skipping leg days recently.

Despite all the trolling, there is a group of fans who know that even though Lesnar has got leaner, he is still The Beast Incarnate.

What diet pattern does Brock Lesnar follow?

Brock Lesnar was huge when he debuted into the WWE. Due to his size, WWE quickly billed him as The Next Big Thing and within six months, he was in the WWE title picture. Moreover, Lesnar weighed almost 300lbs in his initial days in WWE.

A few months ago, Brock Lesnar talked about the diet he follows on The Pat McAfee Show. Lesnar told McAfee that he follows a keto diet pattern and is doing the same for the last eight years.

Also, in 2012, Muscle and Strength website shared the MMA workout of The Beast Incarnate. The workout program was an advance sports training plan, which he did for 60-90 minutes.

However, now it seems The Conqueror has changed the workout pattern. A decade ago, he looked brawnier and quick in the octagon and the squared circle. Currently, Lesnar has adopted a new workout system which keeps him much quicker in the ring while being strong.
