The Great One is in incredible physical shape. At his age, his physique can give a run to a lot of modern-day bodybuilders. The trick to Johnson’s enormous size is an open secret- he works out every day. The Hollywood star regularly shares video from his gym, where he is seen working with a significant amount of weight.

In a recent video, Johnson was seen training his back with a pull-down exercise. While listing his back routine, he also said putting in the work silently helps him keep fit mentally.

“And cheers to the crazy disruptive ones, obsessed with putting in the quiet work – regardless of the hour and realizing that sweat and iron is always cheaper than a shrink 😈😉,” The Brahma Bull said. Now, one might question, is Johnson right? Well, he’s no medical expert and we all know that.

He narrated the ordeal while appearing as a guest on The Pivot Podcast earlier this year. DJ said he had another episode after his divorce from Dany Garcia, following 10 years of marriage. The couple separated in 2007 and the divorce was finalized the following year.

The next time he had it, Johnson said, he was aware of the condition and was able to deal with it effectively. So, a high-performing individual, who is perhaps one of the most recognized faces in the world, might not be qualified from a medical point of view, but his advice as a past victim, could be valuable.

Now, let’s find out if he was right about the cost part. Well, guess what? Johnson is right. As per reports, the average American spends $1,860 annually on health and wellness, including gym memberships. A session of therapy in the US costs anything from $65 to $250 per hour.

If you do the math, The Rock’s claims aren’t that far-fetched, at least from the economic point of view. That said, neither this article nor the writer in any shape or form is trying to advocate what Johnson said. It just reported the news and used figures to inform the readers.
