The Queen‘ made her return to the squared circle today at WWE TLC 2020. Charlotte Flair made her in-ring return after almost six months alongside Raw Women’s Champion Asuka in the Women’s Tag Team title match.

The Women’s Champion Asuka was scheduled to face the Tag team champions at TLC, along with Lana. However, on RAW Shayna Baszler and Nia Jax assaulted and injured Lana and put her away for the match.

Asuka only had one week to find a new partner. Although early on TLC, Billie Kay tried to pitch herself in, Asuka already found her match in Flair.

In the match, Flair made her return with thunderous applause from the virtual crowd to shock the champions. Baszler and Asuka started things off as Flair tagged in soon after.

Asuka and Flair quickly double-teamed as Jax was in the ring. Asuka and Jax faced off against each other. However, a while later, Asuka was in and was dominated for a while by the Champions.

Jax tormented the Women’s Champion as Flair came in again. Flair hit back-to-back shops to Jax as Charlotte’s father, WWE Hall of Famer, Ric Flair looked on from backstage.

Baszler tried to interrupt, but Flair put her away with a suplex. Flair pinned Jax for a close 2 count in the middle of the ring. Baszler tried to pull Jax to safety, but Asuka attacked her outside the ring. Flair hit a huge moonsault to the floor, taking both champions down.

Asuka tagged in with a missile dropkick to Jax. Baszler then came and applied the Kirafuda Clutch to Asuka before Flair tagged in.

Flair applied the Figure Four on Baszler. Flair bridged into Figure Eight, but Jax interrupted only to be taken away by Asuka. Baszler tried the Kirifuda Clutch on Flair, but she turned it into a 2 count. Subsequently, Flair pinned Baszler with Natural Selection to win the titles.

The win made Charlotte a Grand Slam Champion as Ric Flair looked on. Charlotte is the fourth Grand Slam Champion after Sasha Banks, Bayley, and Asuka.
