Apparently, The Queen botched a segment, and she denied doing it on purpose. So, Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch’s title exchange did not go as smoothly as WWE anticipated.
The idea was to have The Queen and The Man exchange the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships to their respective brands. However, Flair was supposed to give the title to Lynch first and The Man would briefly recreate a Becky Two Belts moment before giving the SmackDown Women’s title to Charlotte Flair.
However, that did not happen. The Queen actually dropped the Raw Championship instead of giving to The Man. Next, she handed it to Sonya Deville while Becky Lynch threw the title at Charlotte Flair. This entire segment happened off-script and things got back on track once Sasha Banks arrived.

On SmackDown: October 22nd, 2021, The Boss arrived right after the title exchange segment. Her primary point was that Flair doesn’t automatically become the one who runs the show just because she has the title.
As per her, regardless of who is holding the SmackDown Women’s Championship, she is the one who runs the show. Following this, she even attacked Charlotte Flair.
