At 37, Flair is currently in a feud against Iyo Sky for the Women’s Championship title, hoping to make it as the 15-time Women’s Champ.

Despite what people may think about her strict diet regimen to maintain it, Flair gave fans a sneak peek into her cheat day meal.

Fans always want to know what their favorite stars have on their cheat days. Dwayne The Rock Johnson made this trend very famous by devouring massive meals on his cheat day. But what about the 14-time Women’s Champion?

On social media, Flair posted an image of her cheat day meal. While fans expected an outrageous amount of food, it was a single dish. However, the size of that one particular dish astonished fans and got them drooling.

It was nothing but a rather large slice of chocolate cake with a ton of berries on top. She captioned it with, “Mmmm cheat meal 🍰💪🏻 (this is only my first slice 🤣) what’s your favorite?!?!” She did hint that it was her first slice and that there could be more. But the sheer size of it was incredible.

Flair also flexed in the image, showing off her biceps, meaning that that slice of cake would not get in the way of her staying shredded.

Flair’s strict diet and workout routine

During an interview with Muscle and Fitness magazine, Flair revealed her workout and diet regimen. She said, “My attitude is I don’t have to work out — I want to.” Flair has been one of the WWE’s female stars who has always kept herself in top physical shape.

When it comes to diet, she said, “I try to eat every 2 1/2 hours, with an emphasis on protein. I eat a lot of tuna fish, and I try to drink at least a gallon of water a day.” This lets you know how the Queen stays the way she does.
