Charlotte Flair Breaks Character to Wish Her Father, WWE Legend Ric Flair on His 73rd Birthday

On birthdays, the special photographs come out. The photographs that aren’t usually seen. So, when Ric Flair’s birthday came around, Charlotte Flair shared some photographs from her childhood.

She wished her father and WWE Legend Ric Flair on the special occasion using some of the moments from their adventures together when she was younger. She penned down a short and simple birthday message for him, and the fans joined in to wish The Nature Boy as well.

The photographs truly captured the amount to run the father-daughter duo had when she was growing up.

Fans globally joined Charlotte Flair in wishing the WWE Legend on this special occasion.

Ric Flair’s final WWE storyline was with Charlotte Flair

When The Queen was growing up, she witnessed the impact and influence her father had on the WWE Universe. Therefore, there was always the notion that she would be lost in her father’s shadow .

Her fears almost came true when Ric Flair chose Lacey Evans as his protege instead of his daughter. However, the storyline turned towards a new direction when Ric and Lacey became a thing. They announced their relationship, leaving Charlotte Flair humiliated and frustrated.

However, Evans became pregnant and the storyline had to be cut short. WWE used her real-life pregnancy to end the storyline.

It so happened that when Evans announced her pregnancy, the company portrayed Ric Flair as the father. After Evans took her break, The Flairs cut a promo backstage.

In that promo, Charlotte Flair informed her father that he had to leave WWE. It was her time to shine, and Ric Flair’s time was done. That was the last time they cut a promo together, ending the storyline.

Ric Flair actually left the company in 2021. There are some controversies around him leaving. Reportedly, Vince McMahon terminated his contract after he tried to interfere in Charlotte Flair’s storyline. On the other hand, Ric Flair revealed he had problems with Nick Khan and asked for his own release.

It’s unclear exactly what happened but Ric Flair has revealed he doesn’t have any problems with Vince McMahon.
