While the SmackDown edition of June 21st has been underway, with all its usual hype and intrigue, a significant development for the Raw card of the next Monday emerged with a pretty relaxing announcement. Chad Gable, 38, who was seen laid out in the infamous Howdy massacre last week on the red brand, will finally be back in action from Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, to return the favor to the Wyatt Sicks.

Chad Gable is to be back to life soon after surviving the massacre

After Jey Uso was done claiming his spot in the MITB 2024 following a stellar victory against Finn Balor and Rey Mysterio on Raw last week, every Wyatt Sicks member emerged from the dark in their respective spooky avatars in an enigmatic debut segment. The twilight led us to see a blood-covered pile of dead bodies spread out all over the arena. One of them was clearly identified as Chad Gable. While the sight of him frightened the fans to the core, the good thing is that it was a one-off angle planned for the Shortly G.

WWE Raw General Manager Adam Pearce revealed in a new post on social media that Chad Gable is now cleared to compete and will take back his spot in the Money in The Bank qualifier on the June 24th Raw, which also features Bronson Reed and Braun Strowman.

It will be interesting to see if Howdy plots another assault on the tyrannical Alpha Academy leader in the future or not.

Moving ahead, let’s see what Gable had to say about the shock attack on him during Raw, on June 17.

The 38-year-old has yet to rise to his desired intercontinental reign, but he successfully etched his name all over the wrestling metrics with his smooth performances and mammoth presence. The Olympian had not been in a very good place during the rigid stewardship of Vince McMahon, who infamously reduced Gable’s creative prominence with the Shortly G gimmick. But with Triple H taking the chair, things have to shift for good for the Alpha Academy leader. In a reflective interview, Gable noted he had signed a new deal with WWE and how he was looking forward to getting more inflated roles going forward.

While the Raw last week seemingly gave off the vibe like WWE again ended up subbing the 38-year-old. But thankfully, they didn’t. Triple H stuck to his pushing policy quickly, planting back Gable into the foray with an immediate Raw appearance announcement. Following the announcement, the star shortly posted a photo from the movie Friday The 13th Part VI: Jason Lives, which shows the diabolical Jason Voorhees rising from his grave. This might be Gable’s subtle art of telling the world he is alive.
