Seth Rollins has been on a roll ever since he became the inaugural World Heavyweight Champion. The workhorse Champion has also kept his word and defended his title on multiple occasions. In fact, a week after Rollins defeated AJ Styles to win the World Title, he faced off against Damien Priest on Raw.
He then defended his Championship on NXT against Bron Breakker before facing his arch rival, Finn Balor, at Money in the Bank. Seth Rollins has been a tenacious Champion thus far. However, he recently revealed that the years of absorbing damage to his body are beginning to take a toll on his health. And the WWE Universe wants him to step away from the ring for a while.

Injuries are commonplace in pro wrestling. Especially when you strive to put your body on the line week after week. Rollins’ run in the Stamford-based promotion has been nothing short of spectacular since his debut. He is one of the most athletic superstars on the roster. However, over the years, fans have noticed a significant decline in his performance, even though he wrestles with the same energy.
While speaking on the IMPAULSIVE podcast, Seth Rollins revealed how battered his body is from taking punishment and letting his injuries go untreated. He stated that he feels the effects in his knees, neck, and lower back.
He said, “My knees been bugging me before WrestleMania. My neck acting up, my lower back has been at me since 2019, probably should get surgery on that, but trying to do whatever I can to make sure I don’t need it.”
At this point, Rollins is aware that he probably needs to undergo surgery. However, he is trying to avoid it. This explains why Rollins is not as athletic as he once was. Make no mistake, The Visionary is still one of the most risk-takers on the roster, but he is only safeguarding his body from any aggravation by avoiding certain moves.
Nevertheless, The WWE Universe expressed their concern for Seth Rollins on Twitter.
Fans advise Seth Rollins to go on a hiatus
Seth Rollins has rekindled his long-standing feud with Finn Balor. On the latest edition of Raw, Balor attacked Rollins and demanded a rematch. Later during the show, Rollins took out Balor with a suicide dive, chasing him away backstage.
With SummerSlam fast approaching, Seth Rollins will most likely go head-to-head with Balor in a rematch. Now that the fans are privy to Seth Rollins’ concerning health problems, they are spitballing about his future.

He's only 37, but the bump card is probably much more considering that he's been wrestling he was 16.
Just shows what wrestlers deal with day to day that we don't see.

Him and Roman both need a long break. Seth in particular has been wrestling since he was 16. Non stop action, he's 37 and his body is letting him know to slow down. He needs to take a break and his next contract should include a lighter schedule.

Considering the number of years Seth Rollins has given to wrestling, he rightly deserves a break.
You can tell tbh. His moveset, speed and agility in the ring has slowed and changed since 2019.

As much as I absolutely love him for how awesome of a worker he is, he should absolutely take some time off after he drops the title.
Better to take time and heal that it is for these injuries to get worse over time.

To be fair, Rollins has been instrumental in the success of WWE in the modern era. Stepping aside for his wellness could help him reinvent himself for a massive return.
Health is the only concern he should have drop the belt to Finn and rest up we need you Seth
