The Wrestling Blog tweeted on October 9th a picture of RAW GM Adam Pearce and WWE superstar Richochet. In the backstage picture, WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley can be seen with 38-year-old former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. It seems that Mami was unhappy with McIntyre’s involvement in the matters of The Judgment Day on RAW.

Monday Night RAW opened with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins talking about his victory over Shinsuke Nakamura at Fastlane. He was interrupted by Drew McIntyre who showed interest in feuding for the title, when Damian Priest attacked Rollins from behind. Interestingly McIntyre decided not to interfere in the matters of Priest during the beat down.
Soon, Dominik Mysterio came in with Priest’s MITB but was stopped midway by Drew McIntyre. He then proceeded to throw the MITB suitcase while Rollins composed himself to run out of harm’s way. Later in the show, The Judgment Day confronted JD McDonagh for his intervention at Fastlane which cost them their Tag-Team titles.
To compensate for his mistake, McDonagh agreed to take care of McIntyre. But when he faced The Scottish Warrior in the ring with Dominik Mysterio on his side, he could not keep up his words. McIntyre finished the match with a Claymore kick despite regular intervention from Dominik Mysterio. But the question stays, what is the next stop for McIntyre who has been without a major feud since SummerSlam this year?

Drew McIntyre vs. Seth Rollins at Crown Jewel?
When McIntyre faced Rollins, he hinted at a potential challenge to The Visionary’s title. McIntyre has been without a major WWE title for over 2 years now. During his tag-team segment with Matt Riddle, he hinted at a heel turn but till now he remains a baby face.
WWE is looking for a strong opponent to face Rollins at Crown Jewel and McIntyre is probably the strongest contender at the moment. Rollins has completed his feud with Nakamura after his last-man-standing match victory at Fastlane.
