Reports suggest that the former WWE Champion may have avoided a potential injury from his match at the recent episode of AEW Collision. Former WWE superstar Andrade El Idolo took on Bryan Danielson in a singles match where the Latino superstar attacked Danielson’s head a bit more than usual.
The assault resulted in an injury scare as Danielson was left with a damaged orbital bone (near his right eye) in the process. He was bleeding after the match as the medic team attended him and escorted him out of the ring. Danielson has previously stated that he has been going through issues with his orbital bone and this may be his last year of active in-ring work.
