Is WWE setting Bron Breakker up for failure, or does he have what it takes to succeed?

Bron Breakker is on a rampage, slaughtering everyone who has stood in his way. He has defeated several wrestlers and now has a chance to win the Intercontinental Championship when he faces champion Sami Zayn at Money in the Bank. The match is expected to be quite entertaining, and most people believe that Breakker will emerge victorious toward the finish.

On a recent edition of the podcast Insights with Chris Van Vliet, a similar subject was explored, and fresh information was revealed. Chris Van gave his opinion on this match, and he believes Breakker will win both the match and the championship. Not only will he hold the championship for an extended period of time, but he will also defend it extensively.

Chris Van stated, “I see Bron Breakker winning this match and then holding the Intercontinental Championship for a while and just being an absolutely dominant champion. Like this could turn into something where almost like the Ryback run where Ryback comes out and like squashes one local hero and then now he’s squashes two local heroes and now he’s squashing three. Like I could see Bron Breakker as the champion, like being a fighting champion, and like every single week he’s coming out and he’s taking on a local competitor or he’s taking on anybody and he’s just like running through them.”

Furthermore, Chris Van believes that Breakker will defend his championship every week, with random local competitors coming out to fight him. Something similar occurred to Ryback while he was in WWE and had the Intercontinental Championship. It indicates WWE is on a route that has already failed another WWE superstar.

While many questions are being posed over the possibility of Breakker defeating Sami Zayn, the wrestler is positive about the match as he wants to win it for the fans.

Speaking about his plans, Breakker revealed, “I take this a day at a time and try to stack as many positive days in a row as I possibly can because you’re either getting better, or you’re getting worse. My goal is to get better every single day, every single time that I step out as the best version of me that the fans have ever seen. I owe it to them to give them my 100% best every single time they see me because I’m new, I’m a rookie.”

He also addressed all the criticism that has been coming his way, stating that he is aware of the fact that not all WWE viewers can be his fans. However, the wrestler is positive about earning the respect of the people and being the top guy in the future. “My mentality is to earn these people’s respect, that I belong up here, and not only do I belong, but I can be a main player here for a very long time. So that’s my mindset going forward on the main roster. My goal is to be a top guy in the future and to just carry the brand,” he concluded.
