Lesnar's return hinted at MITB—Will he dominate the ring again or is his time up?

Brock Lesnar‘s absence from WWE television since his match against Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam has generated a wave of speculation about his future in the company. His link to the sex scandal between Janel Grant and Vince McMahon forced The Beast Incarnate to step away from the company for a while. Along with his absence from WWE programming, Lesnar had to face even more setbacks in his relationship with the company.

Most notably, he was excluded from the roster of the company’s last video game, WWE 2K24, and removed from the future plans of WWE’s creative team. But it is worth noting that Lesnar was not fired, which opens the possibility that he will return to fight in the coming months. And now, we finally have an update on that front. In a recent clip that went viral on social media, Jackie Redmond can be seen alongside Wade Barrett and Big E as she was one of the hosts of the Money in the Bank pre-show.

The trio talked about several upcoming aspects of tonight’s great spectacle and one sentence that caught everyone’s attention was when she name-dropped Brock Lesnar. As we mentioned earlier, Lesnar has been kept away from the company and its products. So why the sudden name drop? Well, because the WWE has returned to Canada, a place Lesnar has a special connection with. And a place he might mark his return in.

Fans speculate major return of Lesnar in Canada

The upcoming edition of RAW can turn out to be a really special one as it is possible that the Beast Incarnate might mark his return on the Red Brand. As during the pre-show of the Money in the Bank, Redmond name-dropped Lesnar as she said, “Last time we had a PLE inside Scotiabank Arena, Seth Rollins was defeating Brock Lesnar”

And this isn’t the only time that the Beast made a major impact when in the country. As he also defeated arch-rival Goldberg back when they fought in Toronto. And now that the upcoming RAW is in Canada again, fans were quick to connect the dots together. As they shared their reactions on social media.

However, it is worth noting that Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer earlier said that although there is a possibility that Lesnar will return to wrestling for WWE, this will not happen while Janel Grant’s complaint is in effect. Since Grant has sued Vince McMahon and the company itself, this situation needs to be resolved before Lesnar can consider a return to professional wrestling with WWE.

The situation surrounding the Janel Grant case is developing slowly and its evolution is uncertain. It has been mentioned that WWE’s new owners, TKO, could try to reach an agreement with Grant so that the complaint against the company focuses solely on Vince McMahon, since the events occurred before the acquisition of the company.
