It’s okay to take the time and recharge from mental exhaustion before resuming the fast-paced life. This is the break that everyone needs, and so does Brock Lesnar.

When Brock Lesnar walks out to the WWE ring, he’s ready to conquer anyone who stands in his path. He talks, he smashes, and walks out victorious. But, rarely does the audience know what goes on backstage or when he’s not working live shows.

During his conversation on The Pat McAfee Show 2.0, The Beast revealed that he’s actually not the kind of person who likes to be in front of a crowd. Hence, he needs the time to tear away from the crowds and have his own space.

“I have a total crash after being in front of audiences. Like, I go hibernate in Saskatchewan. The downers, the anxiety from all that is, takes me a few days to recover.”

He may be The Beast, but he’s human too. What matters is he comes back to the ring every time to put up a show the fans don’t forget!

“I used to have big wrestling matches in high school and then to come down to big arenas. I get nervous around crowds. I’m awkward as f*ck… it’s not that I dislike people, it’s not been that way.
