Which high school did Brock Lesnar attend, and how did he fare there?

The Beast Incarnate was raised on his farm in Webster, South Dakota, where he was born. The children wouldn’t be able to participate in sports at their neighbors’ homes because of farming. Lesnar’s parents did support his participation in athletics, though. He attended Webster High School, where he began playing a little amateur football and amateur wrestling under the tutelage of John Schiley.

In his autobiography, he stated, “Coming up through the high school ranks, I was never a monster by any means. I was just trying to grow into my own skin. But that struggle became a huge positive for me: when I had to wrestle as a 103-pounder, or a 152-pounder, I developed the moves and quickness of a lighter-weight wrestler.”

He wasn’t a monster, however; in his senior year, he had a 33-0 wrestling record, which was impressive. It proves that Lesnar has always had wrestling prowess. The scrawny Lesnar eventually added pounds and developed the figure that cemented his status as a sporting superstar.
