But on the show, Brock talked at length about his life and career. The Beast also revealed the secret to his fitness and the workout routine he has followed for over a decade.
“I’ve been with the same, the same trainer for like 17 years now. And so, I got rid of free weights probably 10-12 years ago. Got away from the barbell, the squatting. I got into a pneumatic.”
