A couple of weeks ago, the 41-year-old praised Vince McMahon on The Ryback Show. He claimed to be impressed by McMahon’s booking of Brock Lesnar defeating The Undertaker at WrestleMania 30.

Ryback said, “Brock was established. He had the background and I think it worked out as possibly well as it worked out. People could be unforgiving and that was one of the things fans didn’t want ending. If you let a new talent do that, who’s not really well established, it may not. If they would’ve Bray do it and The Undertaker was still undefeated.”

He added, “They could have just not forever been with Bray. I think with Brock ending it simply because we have seen how it’s worked out. They’ve got a lot of, it just have further made him, but he helped make so many other since that time.”

It is rare for Ryback to praise the former CEO of WWE years after leaving the company. While several people to date question this booking, the former WWE star is satisfied with the same. Moreover, Lesnar also had a similar thought when WWE offered this match to him.

The Wiseman appeared on Inside the Ropes in 2016 where he shared Lesnar wanted to break the streak. Initially, McMahon pitched the match and the possible outcome was 22-0 for Taker at the Showcase of the Immortals.

However, after the match was pitched, Lesnar turned to Heyman while they were together and said, “21 and 1”. Heyman was shocked by this statement. Surprisingly, McMahon was also thinking this and at WrestleMania 30 Lesnar pinned Taker to break the streak.
