Cody Rhodes took on Brock Lesnar in a one-on-one fight at WWE Night of Champions. Though Rhodes had an injured arm – courtesy of his opponent viciously attacking him a few days before the big match on Monday Night Raw – he showed inhuman resiliency throughout the match.

However, no matter how much determination and willpower he had, his human body succumbed to his physical wounds as he passed out after ‘The Beast’ put him in a Kimura lock. Regardless of the outcome of the match, he surely won millions of hearts and the person who was most impressed by his performance yesterday was his wife, Brandi Rhodes.

Taking to Twitter, Brandi Rhodes shared an uplifting message for her husband. In her tweet, she praised him for giving ‘The Beast Incarnate’ a tough fight, despite wrestling with an injured arm. She tried to boost his morale by asking him not to get discouraged by his loss and to come back stronger than ever.

Though Brandi Rhodes is rarely present at ringside physically during her husband’s matches, she is always backing him in his in-ring endeavors. After every match, win or lose, she is always there to cheer up her husband and motivate him to do better.

Like a truly loving wife, she feels his joys and pains and guides him if things go astray. Cody Rhodes’ incredible desire to fight despite adversity meant his wife was there to support him.

Brandi Rhodes has stayed away from WWE TV. But her social media presence demonstrates how much her husband’s in-ring matters interest her. From time to time, we get to see her talk about her husband’s matches on social media.

For instance, when ‘The American Nightmare’ turned ‘The Conqueror’ bloody at WWE Backlash, she asked the WWE Universe to praise her husband bravely, as he was not the one covered in blood. Another good example would be when she threatened to send the Yeti and Pharaoh on Lesnar. It was after he cost her husband the World Heavyweight title opportunity at RAW.

Surely, Cody Rhodes must feel very blessed to have a wife who is always ready to stand up to anyone for her husband. Yesterday’s bout was pretty physical and intense. Rhodes passing out on the mat was something no one saw coming.
