The Rock celebrated his father’s birthday by uploading a video on Instagram where he wished his late father, a happy birthday. He further also spoke about how his father inspired various athletes, including the legendary Mike Tyson.

The Rock claimed several black athletes approached The Rock and told him, how his father had inspired them to work their “a** off”. He stated, “Mike Tyson, for example. My boy Mike Tyson told me long time when I first met him. ‘Man your dad is my inspiration.’ That sh*t blew me away because Mike was my inspiration.”
He then claimed, “I got a lot of love and respect for him. My brother Mike. He was one example of many great athletes who looked at my dad that way and it really illuminated my dad’s worth ethic.”
Rocky Johnson was a Canadian wrestler and the first Black Champion in WWE history. Rocky Johnson has been regarded as a wrestling legend and he had several accomplishments to his name. He breathed his last on January 15, 2020, and died at the age of 75.
Dwayne Johnson is rumored to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39
WrestleMania 39 will be hosted in Hollywood, and there are rumors flying for The Rock to return. For long now, it has been heavily rumored that Roman Reigns would be going one on one against The Great One at the Grandest Stage of Them All. The last time, The Rock returned was at WrestleMania 32, where he faced Erick Rowan.

As per reports from Dave Meltzer, The Rock is heavily rumored to go off against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39. Meltzer reported, “It’s the plan. It’s 100 percent the plan for this year [WrestleMania 39]. But the idea is, it’s the plan if he can do it. We’re still months away, months and months away. So many opportunities and things like that may come up that are far more important than WrestleMania.”
