One of the main features of Hulk Hogan was his extremely ripped and muscular physique. There is a reason why everyone calls Hogan ‘The Immortal One’ as he was one of the biggest men at the time.

However, once Hogan opened up about how to build a physique like him. But it is more than The Hulkster always said, “say your prayers, take your vitamins and you will never go wrong.”

A few months ago, Hulk Hogan shared a picture on Instagram in which he shared the four rules for having a healthy life. So make sure you note down the rules to live a healthy life like Hogan.

The Hulkster wrote, “Hulk’s Rules 1. Train 2. Eat your vitamins 3. Say your Prayers 4. Believe in yourself BROTHER”

However, Hogan was not always muscular, as we remember him. The Hulkster had a lean physique when he was young and started training for pro wrestling. 

A year ago, a video went viral in which we can see how much lean the WWE Hall of Famer was before entering professional wrestling. Even bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger was awed by the physique of The Hulkster.

Hogan, even at the age of 68, is muscular and trains regularly. Although he lifts light weights now, he has nearly maintained his physique and is living a healthy lifestyle today.

Hulk Hogan was ready to leave wrestling to join the Metallica band

A few years back, Hulk Hogan sat for an interview with Vice. There he told about his pursuing a career in music in his younger days. Also, The Hulkster shed a light on joining Metallica and The Rolling Stones at that time. The Hulkster talked about trying to join Metallica.

He said, “So then I heard that Metallica needed a bass player, and brother, I was writing letters, made a tape of myself playing and sent it to their management company. Kept making calls trying to get through. I tried for two weeks and never heard a word back from them either.”

Hogan was serious about pursuing a career in music. In the interview, he claimed to leave wrestling if he would have got a chance to play in The Rolling Stones or Metallica.

A few people commented on The Hulkster’s wish to play for top bands. Hogan says, “All the haters were like “You never auditioned for Metallica!” Of course I didn’t—but I tried!”
